Las Vegas K9 Crew Rescue

1. General Overview Las Vegas K9 Crew Rescue (LVK9CR) conducts raffles during adoption events to raise funds for the rescue, medical care, and rehoming of dogs. By purchasing a ticket, participants agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

• Participants must be 18 years of age or older.

• Raffle is open to legal residents of Nevada.

• Board members of LVK9CR are not eligible to win.

 

3. Tickets and Entry

• Donated Goods: Prizes consist of items or services donated by local businesses and supporters.

• Pricing: Ticket prices (e.g., $5 per ticket or 5 for $20) will be clearly posted at the raffle table for each specific event.

• Payment: All entries are non-refundable and constitute a donation to LVK9CR.

 

4. The Drawing

• Location: Drawings are held on-site at the adoption event location.

• Selection: Winners are chosen via a random draw of physical or digital stubs.

• Presence: Unless otherwise stated for a specific high-value item, participants do not need to be present to win provided they have left a valid name and phone number on their ticket stub.

 

5. Prizes

• Prizes are "as-is" based on the donation received.

• LVK9CR makes no guarantees or warranties regarding donated products or services.

• Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted.

 

6. Claiming Prizes

• If the winner is not present, LVK9CR will attempt to contact them via the phone number provided.

• Prizes must be picked up within 14 days at a location designated by the rescue. If unclaimed, the prize will be returned to the rescue's inventory for a future event.

 

7. Regulatory Compliance

• These raffles are conducted as "Charitable Games" under NRS 462.100.

• All proceeds go directly to the care of the rescue dogs.
