Chewy is a 4-year-old Pekingese with a sweet and loving personality that will quickly win you over. This adorable little guy loves squeaky toys, attention, and being close to his people

He gets along with most dogs, though a meet and greet will be required to ensure a good fit. We are unsure how he does with cats. Chewy would do best in a home with older children who understand how to respectfully interact with dogs and honor their boundaries.

Like many dogs who may not have always had stability, Chewy can show some resource guarding with items he finds that he knows he shouldn’t have. Because of this, he will need continued training, structure, and guidance to help him feel secure and continue building confidence.

Chewy is full of love, personality, and potential, and he’s ready to find a family willing to give him the patience, understanding, and forever home he deserves.
